ANNOUNCEMENT: NCA President / NCAV League Commissioner – Todd Saporito
...… LGBT Community Center Summer Party
The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Community Center of Greater Cleveland will be hosting the
Summer Party ’07, from 7 pm to 1 am on Saturday, August 25th. This event raises much needed funds so
that the center can offer a multitude of services to our LGBT and straight alliance community. Those core
services include, but are not limited to, education, wellness and culture. The LGBT Community Center has
made a difference in many people’s lives. It offers programming to meet the needs of our community.

The LGBT Community Center Summer Party will host the following:
8:00 – 8:45
Concert by Anne E. DeChant
8:45 – 1:00 am
Live DJ’s Chris Arthur, Encyclopedia Brown, Doug Burkhart, Andre Leone, Stout XTC
***The Electrik Tuna flaggers will be performing throughout the evening with video mixing by Wallpaper
Visuals.
Note: There will be a silent auction, cash bar and food served throughout the evening.
The LGBT Community Center Summer Party admission is $30. Your admission ticket supports the operations
and services of the LGBT Community Center. Funds raised by this awesome party will provide the
following to our community:
$10 means boxers and socks for 5 youth
$35 means 10 all-day bus passes to get youth to doctors and other appointments
$60 means 20 hygiene kits (shampoo, razor, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant)
$150 means 1000 condoms and lube for safer sex kits
$200 means 1 meal a week for the whole year for a child who seeks care at MYO Mobile Clinic
$1000 provides a month of doctor care in the mobile clinic
$1500 means 100 HIV tests
The NCAV Board of Directors would like to see at least 50% of our organization attend this session. If you
are not able to attend the event, we hope that our membership will provide donations to this very worthy
cause.
