ANNOUNCEMENT: NCAV President / League Commissioner - Todd Saporito
...… NCAV Board Member Appointment, Jeff Axberg, Director League Administration
I am pleased to announce the nomination and appointment of Jeff Axberg, fulfilling the position of
Director League Administration. Jeff's nomination was presented to the entire Board of Directors
during the Tuesday, January 9th, Board Meeting.
Jeff Axberg has been an integral part of NCAV's administration and has been working as a
volunteer since NCAV's inception in September of 2006. Jeff regularly manages our reception
and registration table, where he also provides support of sales of water and Gaterade. Jeff was the
original developer of www.NorthCoastAthletics.org web site and also facilitated NCAV's first bake
sale in 2006. Jeff has been instrumental in preparing materials for the Board of Directors, and
waiver and membership cards for our members.
"Jeff's contributions to the league have been self evident!" stated Brian Tavolier, NCAV Secretary.
"Jeff is well known by NCAV members, has become the 'spoke on the wheel' in setting up and
breaking down our facilities during each Sunday. He has stepped up in a multitude of ways as a
volunteer and has earned the respect of our organization. Jeff regularly asks 'is there something I
can do to help?' He is a role model for our league."
Adding Jeff to our NCAV leadership team, helps strengthen our ability to deliver superior services to
our members.
Please take an opportunity to congratulate Jeff Axberg on his appointment to the NCAV leadership
team.
