ANNOUNCEMENT: NCAV League Treasurer - Sam Kincaid
..... NCAV 2007 Winter Session Registration Begins (priority process for 2006 members)
The North Coast Athletics Board of Directors is working diligently on establishing our 2007 NCAV
Winter Volleyball Session. Details surrounding the format for the 2007 NCAV Winter Session will be
released in greater detail on Sunday, November 29th.
Effective Sunday, November 12th, 2006 NCAV Fall Session active members will have an opportunity
to reserve a team slot for the 2007 NCAV Winter Session by placing a $100 deposit with the League
Treasurer. Rosters will not be due until Sunday, December 15th, however - captains or team
managers will need to determine the most likely composition of their team (competitive - 4 or more
competitive players; intermediate 1 - no more than 3 competitive players; intermediate 2 - no more
than two competitive players).
Due to potential facility and/or time constraints, we are only guaranteeing a capacity of 14 teams
to comprise 3 divisions: 4 Competitive, 5 Intermediate 1 and 5 Intermediate 2. Total team fee will
be computed once we know the total number of Winter Session teams.
Effective Sunday, November 29th, registration will be open to inactive NCAV members and new
members that have been approaching the league. Final payment on TEAM FEE ONLY will be due
by Sunday, December 15th. Individual Member Fees will be required to be paid in full by Sunday,
January 7th.
"It's important to show priority preference to those active 2006 NCAV Volleyball Fall Session teams
and general members for the 2007 NCAV Winter Volleyball Session." stated Todd Saporito, League
Commissioner. "Sam has established a process which will help the NCAV Board of Directors
deliver winter services to those members that have supported our league in the current session,
while offering opportunity to grow the league with new teams and/or players"
