For all of the Captains of the Fall Session, and for those members who want to
register a team, you may either use our automated system to pay the Deposit of
$150.00 dollars or pay by check. Please make the check payable to North Coast
Athletics. You may mail the check to 14837 Detroit Ave #239, Lakewood, OH.
44107. We anticipate that these slots will fill fast so secure your team slot as soon
as possible. Deposit are non refundable. Remember you must also pay your
individual membership fee to be rostered as a player on a team. You may do
that through our automated system as well. Final Payment for all team slots are
due August 17, 2008. We wish everyone the best of luck this session and look
forward to seeing all of you.
